View & Upload Documents for a BP / WO Via FCX Mobile App

While documents cannot be directly viewed / uploaded inside the FCX Mobile App, the user can access a mobile-friendly version of the web portal in their phone's internet browser by clicking on a link inside the mobile app. This link will take them straight to the right folder in the web document portal where they can view / upload documents for the BP / WO in question.

Note the prerequisite: The user needs a Dispatch for a WO under the BP in question to be able to view / upload docs for it in this way.

To view / upload documents for a WO via the App:

• Log-into the FCX Mobile App and go to the Dispatch Calendar view
• Tap on a Dispatch to view details for it
• In the upper-right corner, tap the "three-line" or "hamburger" icon to open the options menu
• Tap "Related Documents"

• The FCX Web Doc Portal will open in your mobile browser:
  • You may be asked which mobile browser you want to use if you have more than one on your device
  • If you have not accessed the Web Doc Portal in this way before, you may be asked to grant permissions before you can proceed
  • If you have not recently logged-into the Web Doc Portal in this browser, you may be asked to enter your credentials - They are the same ones you use to log-into the FCX Mobile App
• You should now see a list of Documents related to the BP / WO you originally tapped-on
• You can tap a document to view it
• If you want to upload a new document, tap "New Documents" at the top of the screen

• Choose whether to attach your document to a specific WO, or just to the BP in general
• You can optionally select a "Document Kind" - This just helps organize documents for those viewing them
• Tap "Select files..." to upload a photo or file from your device

• You should be presented with the option to either upload from your photo gallery or from your local files, and may have several other options, depending on your mobile OS and settings

• Navigate to the desired file and select it
• Check the box for "Publish for Fields" if other field users should be able to see your document
• Confirm to finish the upload
