Bulk Creation of a Project Price List Item for Materials

We will use the Fill Projects In Material List script to create a bulk project price list item for materials.

Before you run the script, review the project pricing rules in calculation specifications: the Marked-Up Price Percentage and Billable marker.

1. Open Scripts via Quick Launch.

2. Find the Fill Projects In Material List script.

3. Run the script.

4. Fill in the Projects parameter and choose the option:

• Add Projects — to add all materials to the Project Price List.
• Remove Projects — to remove all materials from the Project Price List.
