Access to TK Excel Reports

Build Plan Managers and Time Keeping Managers are granted to Time Keeping Excel reports.

List of TK Reports

Open TK reports via Quick Launch.

• ADP Payroll Report — export a selected payroll period for ADP  
• Employee Time Card Report — Time Card summary for a date range (PDF or Excel)  
• General Hours Report — hours, clocked time, review state, and related columns

The following older desktop Excel reports were removed. Use web instead:

• General Payroll Report → Payroll Periods and Time Cards  
• Authorized to Allocate → Build Plan access / Allowed to Allocate on the Build Plan  
• Payroll Export based on Wage Cost, Payroll WO Category Cost, and similar period Excel exports → Payroll Period Details, Labor Cost, and Cost Rates tabs

Client-specific payroll export reports (for example Liberty, Paycom) may still appear if configured for your company.

Time Keeping Dashboards

Along with provided Excel reports, you can access Time Cards data using the Time Cards and Payroll Periods dashboards. There, you can build the report you need using AG Grid's powerful features: filters, sorting, displaying the columns you need, and creating pivot tables.
