Cost Rate Priority in Financial Distributions

The scheme below describes what type of Cost Rates are used to calculate the total for each Employee's payroll item. The details you can see in a Payroll Period Cost Rates table.

In addition to it, financial distributions for Employee's Time Cards is also counted on Cost Rates. 



Important!
Please note that each Cost Rate inside FCX has a validity period. This is set in Labor Cost Rate Library Reference.
* The system defines Cost Rates by comparing the time card date and the validity period of Cost Rates.
