Day View Overview
The Day View displays the calendar in the default Plan View, organizing scheduled dispatches by Crew Leads (sorted alphabetically from A to Z).
View Customization Options

- Toggle to Full Day mode to view the complete 24-hour schedule

- Switch to Actual View to monitor live arrival times at sites
Dispatch Crew Management
The row below each Crew Lead displays their assigned Dispatch Crew Members.
View and Manage Crew Members
- To view the full crew list, click the member count (e.g., "2 members").
- In the Change Dispatch Crew Members window, you can:
- Review assigned crew members.
- Add or remove members as needed.
Modify Dispatches
You can edit dispatches in two ways:
- Dispatch Card
- Single-click the dispatch in the Calendar to open its details.
- Drag-and-Drop Reassignment — apply dispatch to a different team
- Locate the dispatch in the Calendar.
- Drag it to the desired Crew Lead column.
- Review the pending changes:
- New Crew Lead assignment.
- Updated crew members.
- Confirm to apply the changes.
Assigning Dispatches to New Crew Leads
Using Drag-and-Drop Reassignment, you can assign a dispatch to a Crew Lead who currently has no scheduled dispatches for the day:
- Locate the Placeholder Column
- Find the column with empty Crew Lead on the far right of the calendar view
- Click the ▼ arrow icon to reveal available Crew Leads
- Select a Crew Lead
- Choose from the dropdown list of unassigned Crew Leads
- Complete the Reassignment
- Drag your selected dispatch to the newly created Crew Lead column
- Review and confirm the assignment as described above
Use Refresh to set the default view of the calendar.
Timeline Visibility
On the day timeline, you can track:
- Shift times (when crews clock in/out)
- Planned schedules (expected arrival/departure times at Sites)
- Actual times (real-time arrival/departure updates)
Plan View
The Plan View in the Day Calendar displays the expected arrival and departure times for crews at scheduled Sites.
- Dispatches are automatically positioned in the calendar based on their:
- Planned arrival times
- Scheduled departure times
- Provides an at-a-glance overview of daily operations and crew movements.
Quick Adjustments of Expected Arrival/Departure time
Easily reschedule dispatches by dragging and dropping them on the timeline to update planned arrival/departure times.
To Set Initial Times:
- Locate the dispatch you want to reschedule
- Click and drag it to your desired time slot on the timeline
- Drop to confirm the new arrival/departure times
To Modify Existing Times:
- Adjust Arrival Time:
Hover over the top edge of the dispatch bar until the cursor changes, then drag upward or downward
- Adjust Departure Time:
Hover over the bottom edge of the dispatch bar until the cursor changes, then drag upward or downward
Actual View
Select 'Actual View' to display real-time arrival and departure times at scheduled sites.
Dispatches are positioned on the timeline according to:
- Actual Arrival Time: When the first team member (including Crew Lead) arrives at the site
- Final Departure Time: When the last team member permanently leaves the site
Example Scenario
Team #1 (Crew Lead: John; Members: Mark, David)
- 8:00 AM: John arrives
- 8:15 AM: Mark and David arrive
→ Actual Arrival = 8:00 AM
- 2:00 PM: Entire team initially departs
→ Departure Time = 2:00 PM
- 3:30 PM: After John returns for 1.5 hours, final departure updates to 3:30 PM
If no departure is recorded, the dispatch bar automatically extends by 1.5 hours (indicated by a gradient).
Real-Time Crew Monitoring in Actual View
Track both arrival/departure times and current crew presence at each Site.
Crew Presence Indicators
- Person Icon
Displays the live count of crew members currently on-site.
Example: "3" means three team members are presently at the Site.
- Dotted Border (•••)
Indicates:
- GPS last confirmed crew was on-site
- No new location data received for 30+ minutes
- Note: Crew may still be working (e.g., in areas with poor signal)

Use this visual key to quickly identify statuses, symbols, and color codes in your calendar view.
Right-Click Context Menu Options
Right-click any dispatch to access these actions:
- Copy Dispatch
Duplicate the selected dispatch for quick scheduling
- Build Plan
Open the Build Plan Card.
- Checklist Results
Review Work Order checklist results
- Map
View Crew Locations. Open the Live Map showing real-time GPS positions.
- Delete Dispatch
Remove the scheduled dispatch.
