A Note on FieldCLIX-Related Policy

Your Company Provides FCX-Related Policy & Procedure Documentation

• Policy will vary from company to company.
• For your convenience, some common and basic rules are also outlined in Fieldclix Help Documentation.
• Purple text denotes policy documentation in FCX Help.
• FCX Policy Documentation is NOT official policy documentation!
• Your company’s “Fieldclix-Related Policy and Procedure” document will be distributed by your HR Dept.
• FCX Desktop Users can usually find this inside FCX at Common Folder → FCX-Related Policy & Procedure.

“No Work Without a Work Order”

• Labor hours will ONLY be paid as they are recorded in the Fieldclix system.
• Hours can only be recorded in FCX by Checking/Clocking-In to the FCX Mobile Application.
• For Field Crews: FCX App PREVENTS Clock-In without a scheduled Work Order.
• All Field Crew work MUST be pre-authorized with a Work Order in FCX.
