What is the Status Dashboard

Status dashboard present the summary of all Build Plan activities and finances. It shows you how the Build Plan is progressing both operationally and financially.

Access to the Dashboard

To access to the dashboard, you should participate in the FSMFinancial user group. If that's the case, you will see the Status in the list of available dashboards.

What Build Plans you can see

Here in the Status dashboard, you can see all available active Build Plans and Build Plans closed less than 3 months ago.

To view status for Build Plans closed more than 3 months ago, use the server filter by Build Plan.

Available Build Plan means that you somehow relate to this Build Plan. Thus:

• Membership in FSMFinancial user group gives access to the dashboard itself.
• Then, if you are a BP Owner, you will see all your BPs in the dashboard.
• You are a Project Owner — access to Build Plans of your Project.
• Next, you are a member of Project Role with active checkbox "has financial access rights" — accessible Build Plans where you participate.
• You have the Employee Role "All Direct Cost BPs Financials" — so you have access to all Direct Cost BPs.
• And the last one is the "Full Financial" Employee Role that gives advanced access to all Build Plans.

Dashboard Functionality

You can customize the look of the dashboard to your liking. Use different type of filters, pin columns on the dashboard, use sorting.

Here in the dashboard, you can also generate a new Build Plan. After you click on the appropriate button, it will open the Build Plan request card. The authorization to FCX desktop will be required.

To see a tooltip for calculating the amount in a column, hover your cursor over the column header.

Click on the Build Plan line to open its details.

Predefined Filters

To view how many Build Plans follows each predefined filter, toggle the dashboard view. 

On the "Group by BP Owner" view of the Status Dashboard, we display only active BPs. Also, all filters that you applied for columns are used in this dashboard view mode.
