Dispatch "Hotel" Checkbox
Checking Hotel box on a Dispatch makes audits treat hotel clock-in/out/stops as Office/Warehouse time.
Controlled By Parameter
Disable Remote Hotel Dispatch parameter in these audit rules:
- Unauthorized Clock In/Out Locations
- Unauthorized Stop Locations
| Setting | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Disable = No (default) | Dispatch Remote Hotel box → Treats hotel time as Office/WH. No adjustments applied. |
| Disable = Yes | Dispatch Remote Hotel box is informational only. Hotel time follows standard Unauthorized Locations rules (zero-out, UNAUTHSTOP cost type, etc.). |
Location: Audit Settings dashboard > Relevant audit rule parameters.
