FCX Desktop does not open Excel, Word documents

Because Conterrra platform (desktop version of FCX) uses the Internet Explorer as a default browser, it might cause problems with viewing Word, Excel documents. To avoid this, open a document in a FCX Web: using the Related documents in a reference record or one of dashboards.

Troubleshooting the display of PDF files
