Employee Dashboard
The Employee Dashboard is designed to streamline employee management and provide HR teams with comprehensive tools for overseeing all personnel-related processes. Built with AG Grid dashboards to enhance workflow and deliver actionable insights, the dashboard serves as a central hub for a variety of HR functions.
Employee Reference: Quickly access and search the complete list of employees.
Employee Management: Activate or close employee records, enable user accounts
Record Creation: Easily add new employees to the system.
Data Updates: Modify existing employee information to reflect organizational changes.
A Smarter Way to Manage Employee Regions!
We've also made a significant improvement to how we handle employee resources and dispatching. We've updated the approach for identifying the regions where an employee can be dispatched:
No Region Specified? No Problem! If no work regions are assigned to an employee, they can be dispatched without any regional restrictions.
Region-Specific Dispatching: If regions are specified, the employee will only appear as an option for dispatch within those particular regions.
This new functionality provides greater flexibility and precision in managing your field teams!
We’re excited to share some great updates to the Work Order dashboard:
New Build Plan Button — to quickly generate a new Build Plan
Improved Importance Field
We’ve redesigned the Importance field. It used to be a simple checkbox, but now you can choose from three levels: Low, Medium, or High. Plus, you can set a default importance for each Work Order type.
Introducing the Priority Field
We’ve added a new field called Priority to help you assign the urgency of a Work Order. The available priority options are managed in the Work Order Priorities reference.
Warehouse Manager and BOM Manager Roles Restrictions
To help maintain security and streamline operations, the Warehouse Manager and BOM Manager roles now include restrictions based on Location Type – Warehouse. This means employees assigned to these roles will only have access to records related to their specific authorized warehouses.
BOM Manager Role
Limits the list of Bill of Materials (BOMs) to only those linked to the allowed warehouse(s).
Warehouse Manager Role
Restricts access to material transfers and adjustments according to the allowed warehouse(s).
Here’s how it works in detail:
Transfers FROM (source): Must originate from an allowed warehouse.
Transfers TO (target): Can be sent to any warehouse.
Adjustments: Can only be made within the allowed warehouse.
These updates will make managing your warehouse easier and more accurate.
New in Time Keeping
We’ve made some handy improvements to the Time Card Review interface to make it easier and more intuitive to use!
Improved Time Card Review Interface
Active Request Chip: Clicking on this chip now opens the Request card right on top of the Review interface. This lets you quickly handle requests and then return seamlessly to your list of Time Cards.
New Chip – Default WO Allocation: This chip shows if the default Work Order is applied to the Time Card’s payroll allocation.
That’s All for Today!
