You can easily create multiple photo checklists within a Work Order, broken down by different classifiers.

You will see the New Checklist button ➕ :

• In the web version of the Close Out dashboard, on the Review Interface tab. 
• In the Mobile App → Work Order module → My Schedule screen → Checklists screen. 

What type of checklists can be added using this tool?

You can create a custom checklist based on the photo and document type of the checklist. So you cannot add the custom checklist for a recurring type of WO checklist.

Add a Photo Checklist in the Close Out dashboard

1. Open the Close Out Dashboard and go to the Review Interface tab.

2. Click on the New Checklist button in the top left-hand bar.

3. Fill in the required information in the window that opens:

• Select a Build Plan and Work Order, if not already pre-filled. Only active BPs and WOs are shown here.
• Select a Checklist Template. The Checklist Template drop-down list displays the templates applied to the selected WO. 

Open a Work Order card to manage this list of checklist templates.

4. Add a classifier:

• Place each classifier on a separate line.
• Or enter the list of classifiers as text: separate each classifier with a semicolon.

A classifier is added to a checklist name and can, for example, identify Work Order photos to be completed for each Site Node.

5. Click Create Checklists to finish. The number of photo checklists depends on how many unique classifiers you have added.

Add a Photo Checklist in the FCX Mobile App

 1. Open the FCX Mobile App → Work Order module → My Schedule screen.

 From this screen, select any dispatch associated with a Work Order for which you need to create a photo checklist.

2. On the Dispatch screen, press the Checklists button.

3.  The Checklists screen will display. Tap on the plus icon — New Checklist.

Fill in information:

• The Checklist Template field is pre-filled if there is only one template applied to the selected Work Order.

Otherwise, select a template from the drop-down list.

• The mobile app supports adding one custom photo checklist at a time

Simply enter the classifier in the appropriate field.

Again, a classifier is added to a checklist name.

4. Click Create Checkliststo finish.

We only display photo checklists on the Checklists screen in the mobile app. If you add a custom document checklist, use the Close Out dashboard (mobile or web version) to work with the document WO checklist you created.
