Solicit a TK Request
A Reviewer or TK Administrator can initiate a TK Request: ask an Employee to create a certain type of request for the specific date.
To do this, Open the Time Card Review interface and click on the Solicit Request button on the toolbar.
Fill in a Request and send to an Employee
Fill in the fields in the form: employee, date, type of request (TAR, Time Off, Miscellaneous), comment.
Click to the Solicit to create a request.
You can select a Time Card in the interface to prefill some fields.
Once you create a request, it will be at the solicited stage and will be displayed in both in the TCR interface and the Employee's payroll calendar on the mobile app.
A Reply to the Solicited Request
In the next step the Employee replies to the request, adding all the details such as clock-in/clock-out hours, allocated WOs, comments, a reason for time off, then submits this request.
The request moves to the pending and waiting for resolving (to approve/reject/complete) by the Reviewer or TKA.
Note, that if there is a solicited request for a day: • a Reviewer or TKA cannot create another one of that type. • an Employee cannot create another request for that day until replies to the solicited one.
Revoke solicited request
Solicited TK requests can only be revoked by the Reviewer and the TKA while they are on the solicited stage, respectively.
An Employee cannot delete such a request, when it turns to pending.
