Log in Photo Management Interface

How you can get access to the Photo Management Interface (Close Out dashboard) depends on what type of user you are.

  • A Mobile User can upload checklist results using the app and the mobile version of the Close Out dashboard.
  • A Web User can work with the dashboard in the FCX Web: open this interface in a web browser.
  • Normally, Submitters are not Desktop Users. However, if for some reason they are, they can access the dashboard using the FCX Desktop.

Open the Close Out dashboard any way you can.

Status Dashboard Tab

1. Available Build Plans and Work Orders

As Submitter, you can see those BPs and related WOs where the following conditions are met simultaneously:

  • BPs from own organization only,
  • BPs with active WOs (Pending/Dispatch Stage),
  • BPs of WOs which have a checklist,
  • BPs of scheduled WOs (if Submitter are dispatched to) or BPs, where a Submitter is the BP's Project Role Member (COP Lead, Crew Lead, CM, etc.)

2. Publish Date — the date of the first scheduled Dispatch.

3. Started Date — the date, when the first WO checklist result has been uploaded.

4. Last Activity Date — the date, when the last WO checklist result has been uploaded.

5. # Required Photos

We total up the number of checklist items from the checklists related to WO.

As for the recurring checklist, we add up the number of checklist items of each scheduled dispatch.

For instance, a recurring checklist includes 5 items. You have 3 scheduled dispatches for WO with the recurring checklist. The number of required photos is 15 because for each dispatched day you should upload 5 checklist results.

We do not take into account disabled checklist items – items that have been marked as NA by Reviewer.

6. Completion % — ratio of the number of required photos to the number of items with result (reviewed, approved).

7. Reviewed % — ratio of the number of items with any result to the number of reviewed results.

8. Approved % — ratio of the number of items with any result to the number of approved results.

9. # Out for Correction — the number of rejected results

10. # Customer Rejected — the number of results rejected by Customer.

11. Status — main review status.

Pending — there are no results.

Active — there are checklist results, some of them are might be reviewed

Submitted — all checklist items have been done, all percentage indicators are 100%.
